This morning we took off on the motorcycle and rode over to Key Biscayne to revisit Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. We left early, trying to get ahead of the cold front and stormy weather headed our way. From the amount of people and traffic we saw driving though Coconut Grove and Crandon, I think everyone had the same idea as us. We walked the nature trail today. I wouldn't say it's the most exciting trail I've ever been on, but there are many paths that lead over to the seawall. I believe that there are almost 3 miles of trails that loop around to the No Name Harbor and to a mangrove wetland area (which we didn't walk to). Lots of people exercise and bicycle along the paths.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA I tried searching for things of interest. I came across a couple of Iguanas hanging out in some trees. Once we turned and headed towards the seawall, we saw a couple of pelicans in the water.

As I said earlier, we didn't finish the walk to the wetlands area, but instead, headed back towards the motorcycle. I found a few more things to photograph along the way and we took a quick detour to the lighthouse.
