I'm not sure I actually saw an "eclipse" of any kind happen, but unlike a bright supermoon, this moon should look a little bit darker on just one side. Tonight's eclipse is called a penumbral eclipse, where only the edge of the Earth's shadow ends up on the moon. This is a quick hand held image that I took during the peak of the event around 7:44 pm. It does look to me like it's darker on the left side. I'll let you decide.
